"Bad to the Bone" award is presented each week to the
wrestler exhibits great sportsmanship, hard work and excellent
attitude at the weekly tournaments or meets.

Southmont Folkstyle Open
Congratulations to Ross McDonough. Ross literally beat
everyone in his Novice 75 bracket after a mistake in the pairings.
Ross had a very impressive day and also won his very first

Congratulations to Matthew Blessing. Matthew won this tournament.
This was matthew's very first tournament win, hopefully with many,

Congratulations to Owen Sego. Owen is the first two time
winner of the "Bone". Owen wrestled to a second place finish in
the Bantam 45 class. Congratulations Owen.

Greenwood Beginner's Folkstyle Tournament

Congratulations to Matthew Vega. Matthew is the
first "Bad to the Bone" winner for the 2009 tournament season.
Matthew placed second in the Greenwood Beginner's Folkstyle
Tournament on Sunday. This was Matthew's very first tournament and
he wrestled very well and displayed ALL the characteristics of
what "Bad to the Bone" award stands for. Keep up all the
hard work.
